Position:-Senior Big Data / Cloud Architect

Location:- Bloomberg - NYC, NY

Fulltime

Qualifications:

*             BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or comparable experience

*             5+ years of experience in development/design the software with object-oriented languages such as C/C++, Java, shell scripting, web services and relational databases

*             Experience with building large-scale distributed enterprise or hosted systems

*             Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills, with a creative and flexible attitude

*             Desire and ability to share ideas, solid verbal and written communication skills

*             Experience in the Big Data infrastructures (such as Hadoop, Solr, NOSQL Databases), UX design and compliance domain, analytics and machine learning is a big plus.
