Quick job backing up a computer's file to a new computer

I have a neighbor who is buying a new computer, and is willing to hire
someone for a few hours to move all their old stuff from the old computer
to the new one.

I have no idea how much they will pay.  If you are interested in making a
few bucks in a few hours during spring break, let me know.
