We are a recruiting firm specializing in the placement of intellectual property attorneys and some of our law firm clients are seeking engineering graduates who are interested in a career in patent law. Patent Trainee. Must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and excellent academic credentials. A law degree is not required. Prior patent experience is not required. Midwest. #10278.

Patent Agent Trainee or Tech Specialist. Learn to prepare and prosecute patent applications and go to night law school. Firm will pay 100% of law school tuition. PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering required. Prior patent experience a plus but not required. Washington, DC. #10011.

Patent Agent. Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science required. Prior patent experience is preferred, but not required. The firm will pay 100% for law school tuition. Washington, DC. #9989.
