IT Internship Agreement
I.T. internship opportunity
Teen Bible Challenge is looking for an undergraduate I.T. student intern to provide support to social media efforts and web based game development.  This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media.   PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.  Interns must take direction well and be motivated self-starters. They must be open and excited to learn new technologies. They must have strong communication skills, both written and oral. They should be customer service-oriented and learn techniques to best serve clients.  Internship is an unpaid opportunity, but full of fun and creativity. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this unpaid internship through Teen Bible Challenge Inc. (TBC), you must fulfill the following requirements:

1)      Work 120-160+ hours during the semester

2)      Provide your own transportation to internship workplace (if necessary)

3)      Have a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ

4)      Must correspond with the degree path you are seeking

5)      Must have access to computer usage and internet
Course Requirements
To successfully complete the internship, you must:

1)      Faithfully attend workplace as agreed upon

2)      Fulfill the 120(160+)-hour workplace commitment during semester

3)      Complete all internship projects and assignments to the best of your ability
Course Responsibilities
Student

1)      Work 120 - 160+ hours per semester

2)      Provide own transportation to and from internship work sites (if necessary)

3)      Report to the internship sites promptly and regularly  (if required)

4)      Complete projects described in internship agreement

5)      Attend weekly meeting with mentor/supervisor  (keeping record)
Supervisor/Mentor

1)      Describe and outline work projects for student

2)      Oversee/supervise student's work

3)      Explain company guidelines

4)      Train student to use unfamiliar equipment

5)      Evaluate student for Internship Coordinator
Project Descriptions
To participate in this internship you will be doing the following:

1)      Learn and understand the mission and ministry of Teen Bible Challenge to affectively perform

2)      Support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software, website and data entry

3)      Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers and computers

4)      Writing code for the development of games and databases for the website

5)      Implement web based marketing campaigns to the website
Project Responsibilities
*        Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
*        Assist with execution of trade shows
*        Enter contact information into contact management systems
*        Provide support to social media efforts
*        Oversee website programs and maintenance
*        Game development for website
