Kellogg's-Information Technology-IT Internship-Grand Rapids, MI

*         Incumbent will be responsible for documentation of existing networks and systems, End-User computing support, data extraction and reporting

*         Responsible for support ticket creation

*         Must have knowledge of software development, hardware and software deployment, data base design and maintenance and plant system maintenance

*         Must be familiar with cell phone service coordination

*         Must have the ability to provide general support to Plant IT Coordinator, including vacation coverage

*         Must be proficient in MS Power Point, Work, Outlook and Excel

*         Must be self-driven and highly motivated

*         Must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

*         Must have knowledge of basic trouble shooting skills, methodical, logical approach to problem solving

*         Must be able to work with all levels of the organization

*         Must be able to safely lift up to 40lbs

*         Must be proficient with C#/.Net/ASP.NET

*         Must have exposure to SQL

*         Must be familiar with basic networking principals

*         Must be familiar with Windows-based infrastructure

*         Must be a current Full Time or Part Time student pursuing and IS (Information Systems) or CS (Computer System) or Software Engineering degree
Part-time (flexible) during the school year, full-time during the summer
Pay is dependent on year in school and experience
