Fun opportunity to serve, with Python!

Students,

This email came to us from Owen Selles in Calvin's Center for Social
Research:

I have developed a Python module/command line tool for the CSR that
transforms Qualtrics <http://www.qualtrics.com/> survey data (the survey
system that we use) into a MySQL relational database using API calls. Right
now the module is functional and we are using it to help us generate
reports with Qualtrics data.

We would like to continue to develop this and even share it online as an
open-source tool, but I have never had formal programming training or
written a program this large.

Do you know a student that is really experienced with Python who could
advise us on streamlining/improving and packaging the code?

Let me know what you think.

Best,

Someone should jump at this opportunity to help! Please contact
oas2 at calvin.edu about this if you are interested, and Cc me.

Thanks.
