  *   Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with Minimum 10 years of experience in Java
  *   Should have experience designed applications using Spring MVC Framework
  *   Must have done Data Modeling and Object Model design for applications
  *   Strong experience with Design patterns and data structures (stacks, queues, etc)
  *   Must have experience built or designed both SOAP and REST based systems
  *   Should understand JVM basics, Garbage collection, Java ergonomics (memory), Java performance tuning
  *   Strong experience in Linux/Unix and shell Scripting (SED & AWK)
  *   Should also be familiar with Oracle configurations and concepts
  *   Strong experience in Deployment Automation for applications using scripts or tools
  *   Experience in running and managing Continuous Integration (Jenkins/Hudson) environments
  *   Hands on experience in Build Automation and Release Management
  *   Must have worked on Build tools like ANT, Maven and Jenkins
  *   Strong experience in deploying Java applications and Non-Java applications
  *   Should be familiar with Middleware like JBOSS, Apache, Tomcat / TC Server, WebLogic, etc.,
  *   Exposure to TCP/IP, SSH, Kerberos, etc.,
  *   Familiar with Monitoring and Data Visualization tools
  *   Prior Experience with VMWare Application Director product is a HUGE PLUS
  *   Self Driven and independent with ability to work through issues on their own.
