  *   individual contributor
  *   hands on with the technical work
  *   manage all the stake holders from different geographies
  *   understand the requirements and work closely with the offshore team.
  *   Lead the team from onsite
  *   7-9 yrs of Experience on  Hadoop and Big data technology (Cloudera).
  *   strong in HIVE and writing MapReduce programs.
  *   familiar with all the Hadoop eco system
  *   strong in SQL
  *   Good understanding of AML, Credit Card system.
  *   familiar with some ETL tools
