Dominion Systems, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, motivated, deadline driven individual to assist in bug fixes, enhancements, and development efforts within the Information Technology team. In this position you will work on fixes, enhancements, and product development on the Dominion platform. You'll help us solve complicated problems in areas such as code sharing across platforms, graphics performance, site and system performance, and intuitive interface design. The position is responsible for estimating, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing applications or changes to existing applications in the Dominion Systems environment.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to produce high quality code
* Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment for Dominion applications
* Interpret business user requests and provide solutions that fit within corporate and development standards and goals
* Determine scope of projects, design appropriate solutions and prepare project estimates
* Participate as a member of a team of developers
* Communicate with management and technical staff to provide quality programs that are delivered in a timely manner
* Troubleshoot issues in existing or developed systems and work with the appropriate resources to resolve issues
* Provide documentation, case tracking and reporting status in both written and oral progress reports

Required/Desired Qualifications:
* Associates degree or higher desired or equivalent work experience
* Experience with SQL Server and stored procedures
* Experience with .NET, C#, MVC, AngularJS development desired
* Ability to analyze problems and formulate effective solutions
* Good communication and teamwork
* Organized and use time effectively
