Job Type: 15-25 hrs per week (part-time)

Job Overview
Homscout is seeking a talented developer to bring a web application prototype to life. You will work with our core team and be provided with business direction, functional requirements, customer insights, and all necessary design assets. In addition to honing your skills as a developer, this position will give you invaluable experience as you gain a glimpse inside the inner-workings of a real start-up.

Necessary Qualifications
- Ability to develop a web application prototype with a corresponding database that can be used successfully by a small group of beta users (<50) via mobile devices
- Strong understanding of current web practices, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
- Experience working with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
- Functional knowledge or hands on experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc)
- Ability to work and stay on task independently and remotely
- Ability to deliver work on time and attention to detail
- Ability to understand, interpret, and creatively solve provided business problems
