My name is Emmanuel Legbeti (Calvin Engineering, Class 2004). I am currently an Associate Partner at a
strategy consulting firm in Chicago, but have decided to build a business around a passion of mine, which is
where I need your help.

Reason for my reach-out:
I am working on building a business around a technology platform that leverages algorithms and machine
learning to accelerate an easier way for young professionals to discover their career purpose via curated,
matched content exploration, seamless scenario iteration, and connecting on-demand with auto-matched
networks. In essence we are seeking to use this technology to democratize hard to access tribal knowledge on
career pathing within our isolated / traditional core networks, and to amplify this knowledge of possibilities to a
broader global audience. We believe that our solution will save both money, time, energy and will mitigate poor
decisions for our users, while also accomplishing a much larger mission of changing the world for the better --
sharing knowledge in a simpler way with those who don't have access or who are less fortunate, while opening
career doors to many for whom they are closed or unapparent, after all ... you don't know, can't search for, nor
dream about what you don't know.

My Ask for you:
Do you know any talented Calvin front-end / full-stack software developers (recent alum and/or current senior
students) who would be capable and interested in partnering with me in this endeavor?
>From a functional standpoint, a full-stack software developer with understanding and interests in deep data
analytics, design and analysis of algorithms, and machine learning will be important. From a web standpoint,
capabilities in .NET stack, html5, Javascript and if possible CSS3 or similar. In the long-term, interests in
integrating human-A.I interactions, and VR/AR functionality will also be themes explored / applied in this
project.

I have received expressed venture capital and angel investor interest, but I need to build a technical team to
execute my "MVP" in an agile, accelerated fashion, testing my user hypotheses in the market while iterating the
code in parallel. I have one software engineer already onboard, but need more tech bandwidth.
I am curious to know if this vision and passion is something you or someone you know shares and/or is
something you want to learn more about and be a part of.
