Software Developer
West Michigan technology company with international clients and a 23 year track record of growth is seeking  a software developer to write and support custom applications for our clients. In addition to programming experience, basic knowledge of business processes, such as purchasing or shipping, especially in a retail environment is required.
Salary commensurate with experience.  Our benefits include health insurance and a matching 401k. This position is 8 am to 5 pm, M - F, with occasionally other hours required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with .Net, C#, MySQL,  Visual Studio 2010 or higher

Excellent customer interfacing skills



Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience with retail business processes

2+ years experience in software development

Experience with AmazonEC2 instances

Experience with github or other source management system

Knowledge of EDI, ANSI X.12, XML

Experience with XML, SOAP, Json

Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming techniques

Strong written and verbal communication skills
