This is a newly developed Sales Engineering position for this firm that develops performance monitoring software. Don't let the sales title scare you away. This position is for someone who has 75% technical/engineering abilities and the other 25% is the sales/relationship building skills. 

This position is for someone who wants to work with cutting edge technologies and collaborate with the best of the best (in terms of peers and client base) Ideal candidates will possess the following: - Java and or .NET experience/knowledge - Architect mindset - Presentation skills - PowerPoint - Quick learner. 

This is a work-from-home opportunity and there is some travel throughout MI and IN (30-50% of the time), but you're home for dinner at night and work/life balance is supported by HQ. 

This is a direct hire/perm position with a salary package from $120-200K. No 1099 or C2C
