A combination of skill sets we're looking for at the moment:


  *   C/C++ (embedded C)
  *   C#
  *   SQL/MySQL/Oracle (Database experience such as backup and restore, queries, adding indexes, etc)
  *   TCP/IP exposure
  *   Microprocessor or multiprocessor experience
  *   Linux/Unix/etc
  *   Serial and network communication interfaces

Especially particular skill sets would be those also exposed to the EE side of the fence:


  *   PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc) or servo motor
  *   Basic electrical concepts (3 phase power, Diodes, AutoCAD, gate logic)
