Required Skills

·         The role is a technical role – responsible for the work product of the team.
·         Personality and communication skills are HUGE – want someone who is not domineering and who will come alongside the team and assist.
·         This is a Scrum team. They do daily morning standups, via Skype on remote days.
·         This team basically "leap frogs” with the other development project teams & takes on upcoming projects.

MUST-HAVES:

C#
MVC (for web-based apps)
Azure (PaaS, as opposed to IaaS – Drill down into this with candidates! This is an important distinction!)
Service Bus Preferred (They are on Azure Service Bus, but NService Bus or any other Service Bus experience is great!)
EXCELLENT communication skills!
