Help with data visualization in PowerBI or similar tool

Friends-

I have some data in Excel, Access and SQL that i would like to collate into
a single intuitive report using PowerBI, Tableau or something similar.

The purpose of the report is to provide visuals on the progress of a parts
and equipment replacement project. How many old parts have been replaced,
how many scheduled, how many in progress, forecast, trends...etc.

I would just need a few hours of time to help me structure the analysis
formulas and select the best measurements to show visualizations.
