<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">The position offers a wide variety of experience from networking, preparing new computers, assisting with projects, desktop support, administrative tasks, in addition to general tasks.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Assist in the planning, implementation and documentation of current IT projects.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Essential Requirements:</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">1. Working towards a BS in Computer Science or related.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">2. Experience in computer support, maintenance and configuration.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">3. Good verbal and written communication skills.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">4. Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">5. Demonstrated ability to work in an organized, detailed and cooperative manner.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">6. Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement and Cultural Diversity Commitment.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Essential Functions:</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">1. Provide technical support, user assistance and training.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">2. Troubleshoot equipment problems and install new equipment.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">3. Maintain up-to-date information regrading hardware and software by maintaining systems database information (system records).</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">4. Maintain operating systems; analyze and correct software errors.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">5. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop software including office productivity, internet and lotus notes based applications.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">6. Install, test, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware and software. Upgrade software as needed.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">7. Diagnose and resolve problems and malfunctions utilizing test programs and equipment. Inspect and test equipment to determine feasibility of repair; install replacement parts; operate test equipment
and related tools and equipment.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">8. Determine and communicate equipment, program installations, repairs and availability.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">9. Perform other duties as assigned.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
