Our Human Resources and Training groups are each seeking an intern. These individuals will work alongside the experienced staff and make positive impact on the manner in which data is utilized for the entire organization. A significant project will include
maintaining a database of employee knowledge and skills, then begin to analyze and draw conclusion as to the skills gap within the organization. Other projects with a direct business impact include assisting employees with questions, & gathering and processing
new employee paperwork. The individual selected to assist with the training group will learn the methodology of corporate training (adult learning). They will work as a valued member of the training team to ascertain the need, design the appropriate method
for delivering the information and actually assisting with the training classes. <o:p></o:p></div>
