<p class="MsoNormal">Troubleshoot and assist in the daily IT needs of Scott Group. This includes:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Setup and deployment of new machines and peripherals<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Troubleshooting of IT Requests (such as workstation and printing issues)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Organizing and maintaining hardware and software inventory<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Specification, research and procurement of appropriate software and hardware<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Other maintenance duties as requested<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">ABILITIES<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Excellent troubleshooting and computer solving skills<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">• Displays dependability, reliability and a strong work ethic<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Educational Level: Minimum of College Sophomore <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Years Experience: 1 year of classroom experience; and/or 1 year of work experience in an IT position

<p class="MsoNormal">Experience: Windows (XP to win8); standard IP networking (DHCP, DNS); standard computing understanding (workstations, print servers, peripherals, etc.); standard business software understanding (Windows, MS Office, Adobe, browsers, etc.)<o:p></o:p></p>
