<p class="MsoNormal">At least two years of study completed at the college level with a 3.0 or above G.P.A. in an accredited bachelor's degree program pursuing Computer Science, Information Systems or a related degree.

<p class="MsoNormal">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Provide desktop support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Research and test hardware devices and software applications.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Software procurement, installation and configuration. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">• Learn and organize SharePoint libraries and sites. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Perform asset tagging.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Document processes through technical writing.<o:p></o:p></p>
