Under minimal supervision, communicates and works together with customers to configure, install, preventatively maintain, improve and troubleshoot client technologies, medical equipment, their systems and integrations that optimize the end user experience.
As the point of contact for problem coordination and resolution, demonstrates customer service skills, empathy and urgency. Serves as resource on technology projects and initiatives. Documents problems and resolutions and escalates appropriately, when necessary.
May perform end-user training. Participates in the testing and evaluation of new client technology solutions and medical equipment as well as implementing prototypes. Competent to work on most types of client technologies and medical equipment within a diverse
customer portfolio, but at times requires guidance from others.<br>

Associates Degree<br>
2 years in computer technician and customer support role,<br>
