<p class="MsoNormal">The RUN Group is looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Engineer to help build an innovative Real Estate Analytics platform. This individual will be responsible for aggregating multiple data sources into AWS Redshift, running historical
trend and predictive analytics on the data, and generate actionable insights to optimize real estate acquisition and redevelopment activities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using third-party and in-house reporting tools,
modeling metadata, building reports and dashboards, generating data visualization, and administering the platform software. Strong candidates are expected to have adept SQL skills, and build efficient, flexible, extensible, and scalable data modeling and architecture.<o:p></o:p></p>
