Reporting to the ITS Systems Lead in Client, the Developer will develop, document, and deploy a web solution (.net, c#) for the Biological sites at Client, that is a replacement for the already existing Windows Client application (WinForms developed in an earlier
version of .net). The individual in this role will follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC), work collaboratively with compliance, the ITS systems Lead and the Business Representatives. The ideal candidate will have proven technical ability in both
WinForms and Web Applications along with excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills. All candidates must have experience working in .NET-based applications and SQL Server databases. They must be able to analyze code that is already written
to determine the requirements for the re-write of the system. Experience doing a conversion similar to this is highly desirable. <br>
<br>
<u><strong>Note: </strong></u>This project is expected to last 6 months but will be completed in 2 phases. The first phase will be to analyze the effort to complete the conversion. The second phase will be to execute the conversion and determine if more then
6 months is needed. During the initial phase, it is expected that the candidate works on site. It is possible that for the second phase they can work offsite as long as they are available to be on site as needed. <br>

<u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></span></span>

<li><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif">Analyze existing site applications and develop a plan to consolidate application into one global application, replace existing security routine, and convert to a web application </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif">Develop web application using Visual Studio / C# / ASP.Net / JavaScript </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif">Consolidate site application databases into one global database </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif">Analyze the existing site application reports and determine an appropriate replacement/upgrade for them in the new global application </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif">Analyze existing interfaces inbound and outbound from the application and determine an appropriate replacement/upgrade for them in the new global application </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif">Create required documentation as needed following the system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif">Create Test Scripts to document re-validation of the system </span></span></li></ul>
