<ul>
<li>experience developing it solutions for bioinformatics or computational biology
</li><li>experience with linux command line scripting </li><li><strong>experience with r, python, and perl. </strong></li><li><strong>demonstrated ability with python, java, c/c++, or groovy </strong></li><li><strong>web framework development experience (e.g. flask, django) </strong></li><li><strong>at least one of these database platforms: oracle, postgres, redshift, sqlite.
</strong></li><li><strong>experience with software development best practices and methodologies (unit testing, agile, code reviews, etc.)</strong>
</li><li>a solid understanding of basic cell and/or molecular biology concepts. </li><li>experience designing or using transcriptomics, next-generation sequencing (ngs), proteomics, metabolomics, flow cytometry, lipidomics, or other data pipelines.
