This is an official invite from me to be part of the founding Calvin Mars Rover team. We will be competing in the University Rover Challenge (URC) in hopes of making it to the Mars testing facility in Utah (the top 36 teams of around 200). This is a great opportunity
to learn something new and grow your knowledge of computer science (and it would look REALLY good on a resume, companies value real world experience). There are four main sub-groups of this team, including Science (to detect life in soil), Electrical (engineering),
Mechanical (engineering), and Programming (CS). There is also a business team and anyone from any major is of help to us. We are currently short on programmers though, and we would be ecstatic if any of you would be willing to join us. I have already talked
to Professor Schuurman, and he seemed as excited about this as I am. I hope you consider joining, and I have attached a link to our Slack group where we are migrating our communications to, be sure to check it out if you are interested!</div>
