Summary:

The UI Business Analyst will create engaging and meaningful interactive experiences for our customers. The UI Business Analyst is responsible for the development of design ideas in the project from basic concepts through fully worked out design solutions. The UI Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering concepts, wireframes, user scenarios, prototypes, graphics, and interaction design specifications. The UI Business Analyst will work closely with market researchers, product management, business analysts, developers, and testers committed to developing innovative, easy-to-use, next generation experiences for our users.

Requirements:

  *   5+ years’ experience in UI (User Interface)
  *   Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  *   Evidence of successful teamwork both in a project lifecycle and in an agile environment.
  *   Proven track record delivering high quality work while hitting commitments and timeframes based on product and business requirements
  *   Ability to successfully execute on, and load balance across, multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  *   Ability to effectively negotiate conflict and persuade others on the merits of a design solution.
  *   Ability to assess, prioritize and make trade-offs against business, technical and user constraints.
  *   Collaborative approach that brings good resolution decisions to tough design questions and issues.
  *   Strategic thinking while executing with great attention to detail.
  *   A good understanding of development processes.
  *   Strong aesthetic and visual sensitivity.
  *   Proficient in some of these tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Visio, Omnigraffle, Axure.
  *   Broad UX/IA portfolio of work which highlights successful projects.
