DESCRIPTION
Fusion Education Group is looking for an energetic part time employee / intern who would like to apply their IT coursework skills to the education industry.

Qualifications:
At least two years of study completed at the college level with a 3.0 or above G.P.A. in an accredited bachelor's degree program pursuing Computer Science, Information Systems or a related degree.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide desktop support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium.
* Research and test hardware devices and software applications.
* Software procurement, installation and configuration.
* Learn and organize SharePoint libraries and sites.
* Perform asset tagging.
* Document processes through technical writing.

Preferred skill set and administrative competencies:
* Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team setting.
* Ability to maintain positive attitude, behave professionally and be punctual.
* Ability to change projects quickly when new priorities arise.
* Ability to learn and perform database reports.
* Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
* Macintosh OS X experience a plus but not required.

Part Time or Internship Opportunity:
This is an immediate part time or intern opportunity. The duration of employment is based on the amount of work available.  Professional dress is required. Parking in a designated lot is provided.

If you decide to pursue this opportunity as a credit-bearing internship, you will need to get approval from your academic department prior to the start of the academic semester in which you wish to register for the internship.
