Digital Marketing Website Developer Description
The Digital Marketing Website Developer (DMWD) at National Heritage Academies will work to support the implementation and maintenance of the public facing desktop and mobile websites.  The position will work to improve customer acquisition, relations, and retention through digital channels. The goal of the position will be to serve customers through the use of online content and mobile technology.  This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
The DMWD is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the website systems, as well as the analysis and implementation of the mobile systems in conjunction with internal/external developers. The DMWD will work with customers (parents, interested parents) and business users in gathering their requirements and developing solutions for the websites, with an emphasis on the mobile experience. The DMWD will also work with the IT Group to ensure the proper systems are in place to support NHA's websites and mobile presence.

The Digital Marketing Website Developer's development responsibilities include:
*         Gathering customer and business requirements
*         Assisting the IT development team in the preparation of functional and technical specifications
*         Performing configuration work using the SharePoint application interface
*         Assisting the IT development team in the documentation of development work
*         Support the Digital Marketing Manager by working with external developers on all aspects of the system
*         Following SharePoint, .NET Framework, MS SQL, Responsive Design and HTML5 best practices
*         Understanding internal systems and their interaction with the websites, and developing systems to allow for the passing of information between them
*         Maintaining and updating the websites to ensure compliance with local, State, Federal and Charter law

This position interacts with the appropriate business functions, end-users, business process teams, IT teams, and consultants. The DMWD works collaboratively within the enterprise to ensure that the websites and mobile sites implementation is aligned with the businesses' and users' needs.
Ideal Experience

*         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

*         Proficiency and/or experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

*         Experience configuring and maintaining websites and web applications.

*         Strong proficiency analyzing business processes and translating them into effective digital solutions.
