Hi Pat,

Thank you so much for the call back!

We have two initiatives which we are finding will require a bit more database development experience than we have. Although we really want to learn. Our goal would be to hire someone who could assist us in two areas:


1)      Reporting out of the data we currently have in another system. We are currently using a client manager with employee and dependent information but to have that information combined in Access and then create custom reporting for our specific uses. The current database does not have robust reporting. This would be a workaround.

2)      Developing a database to collect data from several sources, normalizing the data, creating standard forms for the data and then printing the forms to meet IRS requirements.

I am not sure if I have communicated that very clearly so please let me know if you have any questions.

Throughout the process, we will be working/developing alongside this person so that we can maintain, update and tweak the database and reports.
