Position                : Hadoop Developer/ Lead / Architect

Location                       : Portland, OR /San Francisco, CA
Salary                           : Attractive salary + Benefits + Relocation Cost (Applicable for non-local candidates)


Job description:

  *
 Highly proficient & Customer facing experience involving requirement gathering, architecture development, design, development and deployment of solutions built on the Hadoop platform
  *   Experience with any one of the NoSQL technologies – MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase  etc. is preferable
  *   Broad knowledge of key technologies used in the big data space and consulting experience at various customer sites.


  *   Experience in any one or more of the following technologies

     *   experience as an J2EE architect with strong experience in core Java
     *   experience on Hadoop (Cloudera preferred) with end to end implementation
     *   experience on Hive, Pig, Java – map reduce
     *   experience in Shell Scripting programming
     *   experience building and managing data warehousing solution on MPP platforms

  *   Candidate should have at least one or two projects delivered at Production Scale on Hadoop stacks.
  *   Architect, Design and implement core technologies in fast paced environment, with minimum guidance
  *   Worked in Agile teams and have worked with offshore based teams.
