Professor Baily,
The HelpDesk at GRCC is looking students who would would like to work during the summer, and possible longer.

GRCC is seeking to build a candidate pool for on-call or limited duration temporary non-benefited positions.

Requirements:
1) Minimum of three (3) years of  work experience in Information Technology position.
2) Experience with microcomputers on a Novell network.
3) Training and working knowledge of Windows and Apple applications including MS Office, email calendaring systems and Blackboard.  PeopleSoft preferred.
4) Strong customer service skills.
