... we just received a new request for a Junior Developer with experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, but maybe some C# or C++.  This person will be coding 60% of the time and then doing some customer service / hardware type of stuff the other 40% of the time; someone who knows how to set up servers and do PC configuration.
