We have an opening for a part time IT intern; this is a paid internship.

DUTIES
Troubleshoot and assist in the daily IT needs of Scott Group. This includes:
*             Setup and deployment of new machines and peripherals
*             Troubleshooting of IT Requests (such as workstation and printing issues)
*             Organizing and maintaining hardware and software inventory
*             Specification, research and procurement of appropriate software and hardware
*             Other maintenance duties as requested

ABILITIES
*             Excellent troubleshooting and computer solving skills
*             Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with technical and non-technical staff
*             Displays dependability, reliability and a strong work ethic
*             Strong written and verbal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Level: Minimum of College Sophomore
Years Experience: 1 year of classroom experience; and/or 1 year of work experience in an IT position

Experience: Windows (XP to win8); standard IP networking (DHCP, DNS); standard computing understanding (workstations, print servers, peripherals, etc.); standard business software understanding (Windows, MS Office, Adobe, browsers, etc.)

Salary Level: negotiable
